We are proud to announce that Weichert Corporate Housing has earned the highest Net Satisfaction percentage for Temporary Housing services in the 21st Annual Nationwide Relocation Employee Survey.

Conducted by Trippel Survey & Research LLC, this is the mobility industry’s most comprehensive and trusted third-party survey, providing unbiased rankings of the quality of relocation services based on direct feedback from mobile employees.

With this year’s survey encompassing evaluations from over 3,800 transferees, these results allow HR and corporate professionals who manage mobile talent to accurately assess the employee experience, which is the single most important metric impacting recruitment and retention.

According to survey architect Alan Trippel, Net Satisfaction is the strongest and most meaningful indicator of service quality.

“Last year, Weichert Corporate Housing unveiled our new brand identity, a reinvigorated look and feel reflecting our dedication to fluidly adapting our services and products to ensure that the mobile talent we serve feel at home, wherever work takes them,” said Mark Pooley, Senior Vice President of Weichert Corporate Housing.

“These scores mean a lot to us, signifying that as the business landscape changes, our company is keeping pace, maintaining our twenty-one-year legacy as a trusted leader in delivering bespoke housing options to closely fit the unique needs of each mobile employee and business traveler.”

This achievement marks the fifth time in the past six years that Weichert Corporate Housing has earned a top ranking in a Trippel survey. In 2020, the company earned the highest overall satisfaction rating from relocating employees in the 26th Annual Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey, and in 2019, 2022, and 2023, WCH earned the highest average service satisfaction rating among temporary housing providers in the Relocation Managers’ Survey on Relocation Mortgage, Spouse/Partner/Family Services, Corporate Housing Service and Rental/Destination Service Industries.

“Temporary housing is a critical component of the business traveler journey – and one that has faced significant hurdles brought on by supply constraints and evolving customer expectations. Amid this, Weichert Corporate Housing has shown enduring agility and adaptability, unveiling products and tools fit for this new landscape,” said Dave Bencivengo, President of Weichert Workforce Mobility.

“These accolades are well-earned and validate that the company’s ingenuity and people-first focus is making a palpable difference in the transitions of mobile talent. We are proud to partner with Weichert Corporate Housing in delivering exceptional relocation experiences that bolster our clients’ trust and confidence in us to unleash their talent globally.”
